The Golden Ball Basketball Association (G.B.B.A.) is a nonprofit organization dedicated to promoting basketball and physical activity in the community. Through our exciting 3-point shooting contest events and 3-on-3 competitions, we foster unity, focus, sportsmanship, and the fundamentals of basketball skill development.
Based in Lancaster, CA, we host events that welcome players of all skill levels — from youth up-and-coming champions to seasoned competitors — all competing for the glory of the Golden Ball.
Our Events
From 3-point shootouts to 3-on-3 battles, GBBA hosts competitive and community basketball events for all skill levels.
3-Point Shootout
Our signature event — competitors shoot from the three-point arc in a timed contest. Precision, focus, and clutch performance decide the champion.
3-on-3 Basketball
Fast-paced half-court basketball where teams of three compete. A test of teamwork, skill, and basketball IQ in a competitive community setting.
Young Ones Program
Developing the next generation of champions. Our youth program focuses on fundamentals, sportsmanship, and building confidence on and off the court.
17th Annual 3-Point
Championship
Our most recent championship event crowned JonJon "Prince of the Court" as the runner-up with an impressive 6/10 shots. Each event brings out the best competitors from across the region.
